NRBC Bank concludes foundation training for staff

NRBC Bank PLC recently completed a 10-day Foundation Training Course at its Training Institute, aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of its employees.

The closing ceremony was attended by Dr Md Touhidul Alam Khan, Managing Director and CEO, who served as the Chief Guest and handed out certificates to 36 officials from various divisions, branches, and sub-branches, according to press release.

Speaking to the participants, Dr Khan emphasized that human resource development is the bank’s top priority, and that skilled and dedicated employees are the bank’s core strength.

He encouraged officers to maintain a continuous learning mindset and contribute to the bank’s sustainable growth through sincerity and innovation.

He also urged staff to uphold honesty, integrity, and professionalism, which he said are essential for maintaining trust with customers and society.

The event was also attended by Harunur Rashid, DMD & CFO; Mohammad Abdul Qaium Khan, DMD & COO; and Hafiz Imroz Mahmud, Head of Human Resources Division.
