Moushumi hosts a travel vlog

Entertainment Report :

Scrolling through social media, it’s common to see actress Moushumi Hamid surrounded by nature-sometimes in Cox’s Bazar, other times in Bandarban.

Recently, she was at the Cox’s Bazar beach for the shoot of a 32-episode vlogging show, where she hosts 8 episodes. The show is titled ‘Have You Ever Seen Cox’s Bazar Like This?’

This marks Moushumi’s first experience as a travel vlog host. Laughing over the phone, she said, ‘Outdoor shooting feels like a picnic to me! This time it’s non-fiction vlogging-so it’s even more fun. I’m encountering all kinds of new experiences.’

Looking ahead, Moushumi plans to explore trekking, undiscovered natural spots, and less-visited regions. ‘Beauty isn’t confined to popular tourist destinations-there’s hidden charm in unseen places too,’ she said with confidence.

Moushumi continues to act regularly on television. She recently completed shooting for the drama series Bishwas Banam Sarkar, directed by Sakal Ahmed. Her upcoming film Japita Jibon is awaiting release.

Based on the novel by Selina Hossain, the screenplay was written by Animesh Aich and Imtiaz Hriday. The government-funded film is directed by Habibul Islam Habib.

In the film, Moushumi shares the screen with renowned actor and filmmaker Afzal Hossain-fulfilling one of her long-cherished dreams.
