SHERPUR: College teachers in Sherpur observed a day-long work stoppage, wearing black badges, in protest against the recent attacks on meritorious students and the vandalism of the teachers’ lounge at Dhaka College. They demand the immediate arrest of the perpetrators under the law and raise other demands concerning the interests of the education cadre on Tuesday.
