Nat’l Typhoid Vaccine Campaign inaugurated

“To prevent typhoid fever, we will get vaccinated as a team.” The National Typhoid Conjugate Vaccine Campaign was inaugurated at Feni Shishu Niketan Collectorate School with this theme in mind on Sunday.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Feni District Civil Surgeon Dr. Mohammad Rubaiyat Bin Karim; Deputy Director Local Government Division and Municipal Administrator, Feni Municipality, Golam Md. Baten.

Additional Deputy Commissioner; Superintendent of 250-bed General Hospital Feni, Upazila Executive Officer of Sadar Upazila, Additional Superintendent of Police, Deputy Director Family Planning, Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Feni Sadar, District Primary Education Officer.

Medical Officer Municipality, Deputy Director Islami Foundation, Headmaster Shishu Niketan Collectorate School, along with journalists from print and electronic media, guardians of students and Komal Moti students, government officials and employees at various levels.

After the discussion meeting in the hall of Shishu Niketan School, the campaign was inaugurated by releasing balloons in the school premises. After that, the guests visited the vaccination booth and inquired about the students who arrived.
