The untold story of Pori Moni

Entertainment Report :

Popular Dhallywood actress Pori Moni recently appeared in the 10th episode of the podcast Behind the Fame with RRK. In the nearly 100-minute-long episode, she shared various unknown experiences from her personal and professional life.

Claiming that she has become much more mature than before, Pori Moni said she now makes decisions more thoughtfully. She credited her children for this change. In her words, “I never had any savings before. But now, I save money every month for my children. Even if I earn just two taka, I want to save it so that they can benefit from it when they grow up.”

Jokingly, she added, “I am now the mother of Purnno and Priyam. But I want to have 98 more children. My dream is to raise 100 children and guide them properly. May Allah bless us with enough wealth so that we can raise them as good human beings. In this era, it takes a lot of money to raise children. Pori Moni the individual or the actress may fail, but as a mother, I will not fail.”

During the conversation, she revealed that before entering the film industry, she enrolled in a dance school. However, upon seeing the talented dancer Sadia Islam Mou perform, she was so mesmerized that she felt shy, ran away, and never returned to that school.
Known for her versatility, Pori Moni once cooked beef for about 2,500 people and supervised other dishes as well during her beloved grandfather’s death anniversary in Barishal. Behind the Fame with RRK is produced by Z. I. Faisal.
