Business Report :

TOPPAY, a financial solution provider renowned for its innovative financial inclusion initiatives in China, has officially launched its operations in Bangladesh. With an inauguration event held at their office, Gulshan-1, TOPPAY begins its journey in the country on 27 September. This milestone marks a significant step forward in offering innovative, flexible, and accessible mobile consumption experiences to consumers in Bangladesh.

TOPPAY’s mission is centered around enhancing financial inclusion by offering accessible and flexible payment solutions. The company’s cardless EMI facility provides customers with the opportunity to purchase mobile phones through convenient installment plans, reducing the financial burden of one-time payments.

This facility eliminates the need for credit cards and allows users to access the latest mobile devices with greater financial flexibility.

During the opening and signing ceremony, TOPPAY will establish formal partnerships with leading mobile brands such as OPPO, realme, and OnePlus. These collaborations will bring a wide range of mobile options to consumers, allowing them to purchase and upgrade devices regularly while benefiting from flexible payment terms. This partnership is a response to the increasing demand for accessible payment solutions that cater to all consumers, particularly young tech enthusiasts and professionals looking for a seamless way to access the latest technology.

Speaking about the inauguration, ChenFei, CEO of TOPPAY, said, “We have already invested 3,500 million Tk (350 Crore Tk) and plan to invest over 25,000 million Tk (2,500 Crore Tk) in the coming years. Over the next 3 to 5 years, we aim to serve more than 1.5 million customers. In addition to mobile financing, we plan to expand into financial services, payments, social responsibility, and philanthropy-because we believe our growth should go hand in hand with community development.”
