399th Board Meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank Held

The 399th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held on September 24, 2025, at the bank’s Corporate Head Office. The meeting was presided over by Chairman A.K. Azad.

During the meeting, the board approved a number of investment proposals.
Among those present were Vice-Chairmen Mohammed Younus and Mohiuddin Ahmed, directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Md. Abdul Barek, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Fakir Maniruzzaman, and independent directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed and Md. Reazul Karim. Also in attendance were Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and Company Secretary Md. Abul Bashar.
