National Housing Finance PLC declared 10pc Stock Dividend

The 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Housing Finance PLC was held on Sunday at 12.00 noon through virtual platform (Digitally).

In the meeting the shareholders approved 10 percent Stock Dividend i.e. 01 (one) share for every 10 (ten) shares held for the year 2024.

The Meeting was presided over by Dr. Khondaker Showkat Hossain, Chairman of the Company.

In the AGM Company’s Directors, Sponsors, Chairman of Audit Committee and a large number of Shareholders along with Mr. Mohammad Shamsul Islam, Managing Director and Mr. Md. Sarwar Kamal, FCS, Company Secretary were present.

In the meeting the chairman hopes to work with all stakeholders in the days and years to come.

National Housing Finance is one of the largest Financial Institution in the country engaged mainly with Home Loan.

Total shareholders’ equity of the company is Tk. 2,100.82 million as on December 31, 2024 and Net Asset Value per Share (NAV) Tk. 17.95.
