SJIB gets new director

Shahjalal Islami Bank (SJIB) PLC has recently appointed Fakir Maniruzzaman, Managing Director of Fakir Apparels Ltd, as a Director on its Board, representing Fakir Apparels Ltd.

He is recognised for his leadership, innovation, and commitment to ethical business practices, which have contributed to advancements in quality, sustainability, and technology within the country’s RMG sector. In recognition of his contributions to trade and commerce, the Ministry of Commerce awarded him CIP (Commercially Important Person) status, says a press release.
