First Finance holds 32nd AGM

The 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of First Finance Limited for the year ended December 31, 2024, was successfully held on recently.

The meeting was conducted through a hybrid system at the TCB Auditorium, TCB Bhaban, 1 Kawran Bazar, in the capital, in the presence of the company’s shareholders.

The meeting was presided over by Masud Hossain Khan, Chairman of the Company. Other Board members present included Abu Zakir, Vice-Chairman & Nominated Director; Md. Altaf Hossain, Nominated Director; Ms. Amatun Noor, Nominated Director; and Md. Habibur Rahman, Independent Director.

Also in attendance were Shah Md. Abdul Bari, Managing Director & CEO, along with other senior officials of the company, says a press release.
During the AGM, the following key agenda items were unanimously approved by the shareholders:
# The Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, along with the Directors’ and Auditors’ Reports.
# The appointment of the Statutory Auditor and Compliance Auditor for the financial year 2025.
# The remuneration of the appointed auditors.
The Chairman expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the shareholders, directors, and officials for their active participation, valuable contributions, and continued trust in the Company.
