RANGAMATI: The stakeholder seminar on the development and management of Halda natural fish breeding ground project (2nd phase) was held at Kaptai upazila parishad auditorium on Wednesday. District Fisheries Officer Adhir Chandra Das was also present at the seminar as the chief guest with Assistant Commissioner (AC) Land of Kaptai Neli Rudra in the chair.
