Sonali Bank holds workshop on smart case management

Sonali Bank PLC organised a daylong training workshop on the newly added modules of its Smart Case Management System at the bank’s head office IT Lab on Thursday.

The workshop was inaugurated by Md Shawkat Ali Khan, Managing Director and CEO of Sonali Bank PLC.

In his remarks, he highlighted the importance of technology-driven case management in ensuring faster and more transparent legal operations within the bank.

Farida Yasmin, Joint Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division, and Md Sajidur Rahman, Senior Programmer at the Cabinet Division, conducted the training sessions.

Senior officials including Md Abdul Quddus, General Manager, and Md Barekuzzaman, Law Consultant, were also present.

The programme aimed to strengthen the bank’s digital governance and enhance efficiency in legal and administrative processes.
