MYMENSINGH: Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami led District Ameer Md Abdul Karim hands over a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner of Mymensingh Mufidul Alam at his office recently demanding the issuance of a constitutional order and the holding of a referendum to implement the July National Charter ahead of the upcoming national election scheduled for February.
