Bank Asia signs home loan partnership with Momen Real Estates

Bank Asia PLC has entered into a strategic partnership with Momen Real Estates Limited to offer exclusive privileges for its home loan customers.

Under this collaboration, Bank Asia will provide home financing facilities to clients of Momen Real Estates Limited on a priority basis, featuring some of the most competitive interest rates in the market.

The official signing ceremony took place on 9 October 2025 at Bank Asia’s corporate office in Karwan Bazar, Dhaka.

Syed Zulkar Nayen, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Retail Banking of Bank Asia, and Ahmed Riad Momen, Managing Director of Momen Real Estates Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations. Senior officials from both institutions were also present at the event.
