Tania Afrin speaks for voices of women’s rights

Tania Afrin is a prominent glamour presenter of current time. She frequently appears on screen with shows that are a bit different from the usual, especially those focused on women’s rights.
Currently, this glamorous host is presenting two shows
dedicated to women on BTV and ATN Bangla.

On BTV, Tania hosts ‘Narider Kotha’ (Voices of Women), while on ATN Bangla she presents ‘Aparajita’ (The Undefeated). Both programmes feature participation from women professionals across various fields. In addition to these, Tania also hosts a musical programme on BTV.

Regarding talking about presenting these shows, Tania Afrin said, “From the beginning of my career, I’ve been producing shows focused on women. While many are running after glamour, I’ve chosen a different path. I enjoy speaking about women’s rights. All of my programmes prioritise women’s rights. Even today, women in our society and surroundings face various forms of discrimination. I always try to highlight these issues.”

Tania began her presenting career in 2017. At that time, she received praise for her first show, ‘Narir Safollota’ (Women’s Success) on Bijoy TV. Her BTV show ‘50% – Narider Niye’ also received the critical acclaim.
Alongside presenting, she has worked as a news anchor for Deepto TV, Bijoy TV, and Gazi TV.
Recently, Tania was awarded as a Broadcast Journalist and Programme Presenter in a joint event organised by Dhaka University Quiz Society and Business Genius Bangladesh.
