Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB) and the 24 Engineer Construction Brigade of the Bangladesh Army  sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)  resolving the long-standing waterlogging in the Bhabadah region of Jessore and Khulna held at Pani Bhaban at Panthapath in the capital on Monday.
