Union Insurance holds 25th AGM

The 25th Annual General Meeting of Union Insurance Co. Ltd. held on Sunday. The AGM is presided over by the Chairman of the Company Mohammed Hasmot Ali.

The Shareholders approved 10 per cent cash dividend. Express their satisfaction with the overall business performance of the Company & Achievement Company Credit Rating AAA.

After AGM the 152th Board of Directors Meeting was held at head office in the capital.

In the Board of Directors Meeting, Director Mohammed Hasmot Ali re-elected as Chairman of the company & Md. Belayet Hossain re-elected as Vice Chairman.

Beside of these Md. Azizur Rahman as Chairman of the Executive Committee, Al-Haj Nuruddin Ahmed as Chairman of the Finance & Investment Committee, Jahangir Alam as Chairman of the Policyholder Protection & Compliance Committee, Mohammad Faiz as Chairman of the Audit committee, M.U.A. Quader as Chairman of the NRC committee & Barrister Masfiqur Rahman as Chairman of the Risk Management committee re-elected.

Also present Shareholder’s Director Mohammad Mosaddak Ali (Falu). Other Directors, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Talukder Md. Zakaria Hossain & Company Secretary Shafquat Moula were also present in the Meeting.
